After almost a year of rigorous evaluations, the Music Therapy Community Clinic was shortlisted to receive an award from the prestigious Impumelelo Innovations Award Trust.
At a ceremony in May, our organisation received a Silver award for our pioneering work in the field of Music Therapy within communities of the Cape Peninsula.
Out of several hundred applications, only 24 NGOs across South Africa were considered prize-worthy.
We feel very honoured to have been recognised and are humbled to be part of such an illustrious group.
